Brief story:

There are 9 cast iron radiators ArtDeco radiators installed in fully renovated historical house in Bern, Mezenerweg. The radiators were hand polished and painted with transparent mat to fit 100% into the classical designed interior of the house. Radiators are connected on the heating system with manual valves and connected to modern smart home system. The historical residential building with a mansard roof in the Breitenrain district of Bern was renovated by the owners in 2021-2022.

🇨🇿 Neustupov, ArtDeco and Fleurielle cast iron radiators

Brief story:

There are totally 17 ArtDeco and Fleurielle cast iron radiators installed in fully renovated historical chateau Neustupov. The radiators were painted in standard Grey finish RAL7022 to fit the the castle’s original charm. All cast iron radiators are equipped with ArtDeco thermostatic valves and connection pipes are covered by pipe shrouds and covers in Antik bronze finish to regulate the ambient temperature all day long.

Neustupov Castle, located in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic, has a rich history dating back to the 14th century. Over the centuries, it has undergone various architectural transformations, evolving from a Gothic fortress to a Renaissance chateau. In recent years, the castle has been under private ownership, with significant restoration efforts initiated to preserve its historical integrity. The current owner, who acquired the property in 2020, has been actively involved in renovating the castle and its surrounding parklands. These efforts aim to restore the castle’s original charm while adapting it for contemporary use. The restoration process has included structural repairs, interior refurbishments, and the revitalization of the castle’s extensive gardens. The owner also plans to open the castle to the public, offering cultural events, guided tours, and hosting private functions. These initiatives not only preserve the castle’s heritage but also contribute to the local community by promoting tourism and cultural engagement.

🇩🇪 Hamburg, Das Ensemble Alsterterrasse 10 und Warburgstraße 8-22

Brief story:

There are 125 pcs of classical cast iron radiators Liberty and Romeo including Wooden Wheel thermostatic valves totally installed in this ensemble as part of a major renovation in 2021-2022. The buildings Alsterterrasse 10 und Warburgstraße 8-22 were all completely renovated while preserving their historical character. A key aspect were also renovation of heating system. Laurens cast iron radiators were part of this huge project and now there are blending their classic elegance with modern efficiency. Today, the ensemble Warburgstraße remains a prestigious address, combining residential, office, and educational spaces such as THE NEW INSTITUTE.

The Warburgstraße in Hamburg is a historic street in the Rotherbaum district, known for its elegant residential and commercial buildings from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The architecture reflects a transition from historicist styles to early modernism, featuring ornate facades, large windows, and spacious layouts. The design works on the street werde made form prominent German architect Martin Haller. He was instrumental in the development of Hamburg’s grand townhouses and civic buildings, blending historicist and neo-Renaissance styles with functional urban design.

🇨🇿 Prague, Marc O’Polo store, Anuova and Spiralix radiators

Brief story:

There are industrial finned tubes radiators Spiralix and multicolumn radiators Anuova installed in Marc O’ Polo fashion store. The “Peterka House” is located at Václavské náměstí 777/12 in Prague and it is significant Art Nouveau building from the late 19th century. The building was constructed between 1898 and 1899 based on the design of architect Jan Kotěra, who is considered the founder of modern Czech architecture. The spatial layout was designed by architect Vilém Tierhier. The interior of the house includes representative rooms in the front part of the first floor, which still preserve the original Art Nouveau decorations. Peterka House is considered one of the first Art Nouveau buildings in Prague and represents an important milestone in the history of Czech architecture..

🇩🇪 Berlin, Rosenstrasse, terrace business houses, Spiralix radiators

Brief story:

There are 26 pcs of industrial finned tube radiators Spiralix vertical RAT3 in 2,5m height installed in renovated commercial building group in Berlin city centre. The radiators are painted in RAL 1035 Pearl beige to fit in interior. Radiators are controlled remotely by electronic valves. One radiator has to be adapted on measure to fit on old pipe connections. The group of historical terrace houses from end of 19th century were designed by german architects Heinrich Joseph Kayser und Karl von Großheim and are a part of architectural heritage of Berlin.

🇨🇿 Brno, Masaryk university, Juliet cast iron radiators

Brief story:

There are 5 cast iron radiators Juliet 760mm height in bright white finish installed in the entrance area of rectors office in Masaryk University Brno. The renovated rectors office interior was finished on the end of 2019. Paintings and sculptures adorn the entrance hall as well as cast iron radiators Laurens. We’re proudly took a part with our radiators on this interesting and historically important project.
