Brief story:
There are cast iron radiators Biaxo and bathroom radiators Retro Bagno light installed in this fully renovated historic vila. All radiators are equipped with remote controlled thermostatic valves. The main challenge was the wall installation of cast iron radiators. The wall stays are mounted in old walls partially on chemical anchors to keep heavy cast iron radiators hanging. Retro bagno light are floor mounted. The object is now used as training center of SOMA company and was completely redesigned by known Czech architect MgA. Přemysl Kokeš. The project won Building of the 2015 Year award in region Pardubice.

There are 15 cast iron radiators Biaxo in white finish and cross handle valves Anuova in chrome finish installed in this beautiful villa. The house was build between 1924 and 1926 for Mr. Eduard Münz in centre of Brno city. He was known public person, bank director and Honorary Consul of the Persian Empire. This villa was designed by a famous architect Ernst Wiesner’s and features his typical segmentation of the disposition of the structure into two wings with different functional objectives and was fully renovated in 2013.
