Brief story:
At the KTM X-BOW Racing Center in Thalheim bei Wels, Austria, nine bespoke Laurens Spiralix RAT2 Horizontal radiators complement the showroom’s motorsport-inspired character. Made to measure in a freestanding configuration, the radiators are finished in jet black RAL 9005.
The two horizontal finned steel tubes give each radiator a distinctive industrial appearance. Their strong linear form and black finish suit the technical setting, making the heating an integral part of the interior alongside the high-performance sports cars on display.
The project transformed a former car dealership and workshop into a dedicated KTM X-BOW showroom and racing centre. The conversion, designed by Hofbauer Liebmann Architekten, brought together vehicle display areas, workshops and offices. This combination of engineering, architecture and customer experience provides a fitting setting for the purposeful design of Spiralix.
