A unique project called MΓΕ‘eΕskΓ‘ 7 was implemented in Prague’s Lesser Town, thanks to which non-traditional exclusive housing was created. In all the house are cast iron radiators Anuova Line with automatic thermostatic valves .
MΓΕ‘eΕskΓ‘ Street is one of the best-preserved Baroque buildings in Prague, and it was here that a demanding and yet very sensitive reconstruction of two neighboring Baroque houses took place, thanks to which three hundred years of history merged with the present. The original Baroque buildings perfectly complement contemporary timeless materials and modern technologies. The apartments have a usable area of 80 – 250 m2. There are three non-residential premises on the ground floor.
